Roshith RAJAN is currently the Head of Global Food Waste Sustainability for Sodexo, a world leader in providing everyday services that improve the quality of life of its 100 million customers through its 422,000 employees in the areas of food services, facilities management, and benefits/rewards. He also heads Sodexo’s Middle East & Africa Strategy and is based out of Dubai, UAE. He comes with 13+ years of senior leadership experience in sustainability including strategy, program & change management, business integration, operationalization, and value creation in global (Group HQ) & regional leadership roles (APAC & Middle East Africa) delivering competitive advantage & differentiation through collective action mobilizing internal/external stakeholders for the benefit of the business, planet, and humanity. Global talent with 18+ years’ experience driving impact in diverse industries (food services, FM, software/tech), functions (Sustainability, Program/Project Management, Strategy, New Product Development) and based in diverse locations (Dubai, Singapore, Paris, India). He has an MBA from HEC-Paris, France ; a Bachelor of Electrical & Electronics Engineering from BITS Pilani, India; along with an Executive Education Certification on Sustainability from the IMD Business School.
