Deepak Jain is a partner in our New Delhi office. He is the leader of our Asia-Pacific Advanced Manufacturing & Services practice, with a focus on the automotive and mobility, construction and building products, metals, machinery, and chemicals sectors. Deepak formerly led our APAC Manufacturing and B2B Digital efforts and India Industrial Goods and Services practice. He is an active contributor to the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources and Performance Improvement practices, with expertise in Zero-Based Redesign (ZBR) and Bain Zero-Based Budgeting (ZBB). Deepak has 16 years of management consulting experience and has served clients across India, Southeast Asia, Africa, and Europe. He has extensive experience advising clients in a variety of areas, including full potential strategy, supply chain, and cost optimization. He has  led several full potential transformations in the manufacturing sector. Deepak has authored several articles and reports in national print media on chemicals, manufacturing, and automobiles. He is a member of FICCI’s sectoral committee for Manufacturing. Deepak received the prestigious “ET 40 Under Forty” award in 2017 and Fortune India’s “40 Under 40” award in 2018. Deepak earned an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, where he was an Industry Scholar. He also received a B.
