Naveen is the Managing Partner of McKinsey’s Chennai office and leads McKinsey’s Sustainability practice in India. He has recently returned after 9 years in Australia where he set up and ran their Perth office. He was in McKinsey India from 2003- 12, and was elected partner in 2011.
Before he left for Australia, Naveen built McKinsey’s leadership development practice in 2008 In addition, he built the electric power and utility
practice for McKinsey in Australia and is passionate about helping organisations develop their individual and collective leadership potential.
He is passionate about gender equity and education for all, working with leading NGOs in both areas
