Subhash has led/leads various Smart/Safe City Projects for cities like Mumbai, Delhi, Ahmedabad, Navi Mumbai, Hyderabad, Pune, Nasik, Surat, etc.  Subhash has developed expertise on use of technology for effective citizen service delivery and Smart Cities. Government Process Reengineering, Implementation of Service Delivery Platforms for end-toend delivery of citizen services, Use of innovative technologies for Safety – Surveillance and Mobility within cities are his key interest areas.
